Rayo is 10" tall, 10 1/2 lbs.  He has a silky double coat, beautiful dark pigment, almond shaped eyes, and the playful, sweet disposition which is characteristic of the Havanese breed.  True to the breed standard, Rayo is moderate in all ways except

CHARM - of which he has an abundance!

 Rayo became a champion on August 9th, 2008  

Rayo finished his championship with a total of 4 majors and 17 points.  Rayo will continue to be shown in the Best of Breed ring at future shows.

Best of Winners at South Bay Kennel Club. Rayo became a new champion .  Thank you Judge Elaine Mathis.

Rayo was Best Opposite Sex to the Best of Breed winner on 8-10-09.  Thank you Judge Kenneth Falconi.

 RAYO WINS A TOY GROUP 2

On his first day out as a special, Rayo won Best of Breed and a Toy Group 2 at the Channel City KC dog show in Santa Maria, CA on 10-4-08.  Judge Florence Males awarded Rayo Best of Breed and Judge John Shelton gave Rayo second place in the Toy Group judging.

    Rayo's has also had preliminary hip and elbow x-rays taken and 
    evaluated by OFA.  His hips are rated as Excellent and his elbows are 
    normal.  

    Rayo has had complete body function labs done including serum bile
    acids (an indication of liver function), kidneys, and thyroid.  All results are normal.
